today had 2.4km run. was damn tired. haiz. ran my heart out. near the finishing i was walking got this SJAB girl soooo irritating. she was saying that i walk worst then her grandmother. felt like shouting at her lahs. ask her to run den see how SHE fairs. shout like nobody business. supposed to be motivational in the end became irritating.

now my mouth swollen from ulsers i dono why.
